Now this is my kind of jam! I am much more of a savoury person, than sweet.
It's a very savory jam, and holds up really well as an accompaniment to strong flavors. It was a delicious addition to the pâté and chèvre I happened to have sitting around, just waiting for an excuse.

Oh my gosh I can't wait to make this! I bet it would be great on a roast beef or pastrami sandwich. It almost looks like vegemite.
